The approximately 400 m² main residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with generous proportions and views into the surrounding landscape. Some work remains to be completed, allowing the next owner to finish the residence according to their own taste and vision. A fully finished 120 m² casita provides an independent living space with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It works well for guests, a caretaker, or as a comfortable residence while the main house is being completed. The property has solar panels, a private water well, and a 1,000,000-liter bordo. Two corrals, one for cattle and one for goats, support the property’s agricultural use and add to its established ranch character.
